ReplyDeleteYou can start boxing at any age, it depends on your weight and strength... but children start competing at around 12 years old!
We don't learn boxing in school but a lot of children are now taking up boxing because of Irish people like Bernard Dunne and Katie Taylor.
We made the movie "All About Boxing" because a boy in our class won an All Ireland Title at Easter time. His hard training and dedication has paid off!
